go-to green smoothie: drink your greens!
for the longest time i absolutely hated smoothies. they were either too watery, had no flavor, or actually became unhealthy because of how much nut butter i added to it. with inspiration from health and wellness women like jeanette ogden (@shutthekaleup) and ellen fisher, i finally created a smoothie that tastes amazing to me, leaves me feeling full, and is packed with nutrients. this smoothie tastes like a tropical vacation, dropping the recipe below for ya!
recipe:
1 banana
about ½ cup of frozen mango and pineapple
big handful of spinach
small piece of peeled ginger
squeeze of lime juice
water
spoonful of hemp seeds (can also sub for chia/flax)
optional mint!
blend it allllllll up & enjoy :)
