Through recipes and stories, I hope to share the value of how much food can impact the health of us and our planet.

From a young age I’ve had a passion for food writing. I love to pair a memory or heartfelt story with a recipe and detail the places I’ve been and the food that I’ve experienced along the way. I think that food truly brings people together and food writing allows those stories to be celebrated.

Health is so much more than what you put into your body. It’s also the wellness routines you implement in your life, the people you surround yourself with, and the things you do to take care of your mental wellbeing. The Flour Child has become a creative outlet for me and a place to share the advice I’ve gained through my mental and physical health journey.
